Terms of Service

By using Chapter you accept these terms. The service is a TV show tracker, available as a website and as an iOS and Android app, provided “as is”.

Account

To track your shows you must sign in with an account. You are responsible for the activity carried out through your sign-in. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page, on the web or in the app.

Content

• Show data (titles, images, synopses, ratings) comes from TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
• The comments you post are public and you are responsible for them. You may not post unlawful, offensive content or content that infringes others’ rights; we may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

App and stores

When you use Chapter as an app, use is also subject to the terms of the respective platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play).

Limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranties and may be subject to interruptions or changes. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of malfunctions or losses.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; changes will be published on this page. These terms are governed by Italian law.
